She dedicated herself to supporting her fellow veterans, offering both practical assistance, workforce development and business development coaching. Renowned as a "Trauma Interventionist," Lynnette possesses a unique ability to challenge negative mindsets and empower individuals to embrace their authenticity fully.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Lynnette serves as a Local Veteran Employment Representative with the Maryland Department of Labor, furthering her mission to facilitate meaningful opportunities for veterans transitioning into civilian life. A graduate of Norfolk State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Lynnette's academic achievements are complemented as a graduate of the Innervisions Institute for Spiritual Development.
